This is a part-time role across approximately 5 flexible hours per week

Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) Ltd is leading the implementation of a Strategic Economic Plan (SEP) for the Thames Valley Berkshire area. We need an Administration Assistant to take responsibility for attending and taking minutes of all meetings, and circulating in a timely manner to adhere with our Assurance Framework.
Working with the whole team and across the scope of the LEP, we need someone who can learn quickly and work within the parameters of busy programmes generated by publicly funded economic growth activities.
The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent written and analytical skills, be able to precis a large quantity of information into compliant minutes that record fact, decisions and provide a transparent audit trail of LEP activities and decision-making.
In addition, they should be able manage their time effectively and interact with all stakeholders, from government representatives to directors and Forum representatives.
As this is a new role, the exact hours and working arrangements will be agreed on appointment and reviewed during the initial six months of employment.
